Meet Jennifer

Jennifer Hunter Charles, is Founder and CEO of GCJ Hospitality Resources, a Talent Management Agency. She specializes in Hospitality and Event Management staffing and her professional background expands over a decade with experience in multiple industries. As a natural connector, she loves to bring people together and putting her creative thoughts and ideas into action. She is known for her dedication to helping others improve their quality of life. This passion of hers led to the creation of GCJ Hospitality Resources, LLC.

As the Chief Executive Officer of GCJ Hospitality Resources, Jennifer uses her leadership skills to guide her team and Customer Service mindset to build productive relationships with both clients and suppliers. She wears multiple hats and can adapt quickly responding to changing circumstances, while maintaining her down-to- earth personality and executing any event on a high level.

Jennifer’s extensive resume includes working with some of the industry’s top executives firms such as the National Basketball Association (NBA), Amazon Web Services and numerous professional organizations. In her spare time, Jennifer can be found cheffing it up in the kitchen, traveling, or enjoying a Karaoke Party with her friends.
